Christmas Eve left tragic news for a community in Fort Wayne, Indiana after 15-year-old Noah Barbknecht, was paralyzed from the breast bone down after a ski accident in Mt Snow, Vermont. The high school boy was on the freshman football team and many members of the community are devastated to hear the news of the accident. According to a page set up by his family, Noah suffered injuries that “include multiple facial fractures, a broken neck, broken ribs, double pneumothorax (collapsed lungs), and a spinal fracture at his T8 vertebrate that has left him paralyzed from the breast bone down.”
